Facebook at Work may be coming to a workplace near you in the next few weeks, as Ingrid Lunden of TechCrunch reported Thursday that the social network sent out invites for a launch event for the long-awaited product Monday, Oct. 10, in London.
The Information earlier this week reported the impending launch of Facebook at Work?which was initially announced in January 2015–and Facebook confirmed the news to Josh Constine of TechCrunch.
Facebook at Work director Julien Codorniou told The Information the social network will charge companies for each monthly active user, rather than collecting a flat fee, but the rate was not specified.
Codorniou told The Information Facebook at Work will announce integrations or partnerships with other software-as-a-service providers, including Asana.
